As a Communication Science student at Universitas Airlangga, I have grown at the intersection of writing, event execution, and people development. My interest in communication started from a simple curiosity about how words can influence the way people think, feel, and respond.

This news release was developed to report on a flight disruption involving Batik Air at Ngurah Rai International Airport (05/04/26), following the detection of suspected swine flu cases among arriving passengers. Designed for key stakeholders, including passengers, media, and public health authorities. The release delivers clear and timely information, outlines the actions taken, and demonstrates the airline’s adherence to established safety and health protocols.

This press release was issued following a mass food poisoning incident linked to the Free Nutritious Meal Program (MBG), raising serious concerns over student safety. Targeting parents, students, schools, and the media, the statement delivers decisive updates, outlines immediate corrective actions, and reaffirms BGN’s firm commitment to safeguarding student well-being, enforcing stricter food safety standards, and restoring public trust.

Content Writing

As PR for Universitas Airlangga, I developed a feature article on Ramadhan Mubarak Airlangga (RMA) 1447 H, highlighting its role in fostering belonging and emotional connection among students, especially those living away from home. Through a storytelling approach, the piece showcases how RMA transforms the campus into a warm communal space during Ramadhan.

As part of my PR and content development work, I created cohesive communication briefs combining editorial ads, PSAs, and social media strategies. Developed integrated communication briefs for UNAIR Help Center and a legislative campaign, combining strategic messaging and narrative-driven content to enhance student well-being awareness and build a relatable public political image among Surabaya audiences.
